This past week has been truly glorious.
Spending even just 10 minutes in the sun does wonders for me. Listening to the birds singing and the gentle breeze through the newly emerged vibrant green shoots.
Whilst this warm spell is set to end next week, the brief interlude between the gloomy and cold weather has done wonders for my mental health. So today, make the most of it, get yourself outside for 10 minutes and soak up that vitamin D and Vitamin Nature, I promise you, you won’t regret it.
Right I’m off to do a little bit of yoga in the sun!
