What a busy few months! Over the past year, as lockdown has been eased, other commitments increased. In a strange way, I miss the gentle, easy going days of lockdown, where I was lucky enough to retreat to the comfort and safety of my home and garden. It became a little idyll for me.
But as the months have passed and science has helped with managing living with COVID, life got a lot busier and it was more difficult to find those moments to stop and smell the roses.
Nevertheless, I am starting to get my ducks in a row, more than ever before, so hopefully I will be able to begin writing new content on Foxglove and Bee. I have missed it.
The people, brands and local businesses I got to know created a little community, which has sadly been neglected of late. I have learned not to be too harsh on myself and to appreciate everything that has caused me to be so busy.
